All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please understand that we do not ship outside of this country at this time.

SHIPPING DELAYS

APEX Nail Care is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events such as weather conditions or holidays. We will, however, do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your order will be delivered through standard post or express post.

We are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been placed, including canceling, adding, removing, or altering any goods in your order. We also cannot combine several orders.

We are not accountable if your items are delivered to the incorrect address or to the wrong person as a result of you giving us faulty or missing information.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR CANADA

Western Canada - 3-4 business days

Eastern Canada - 5-6 business days

Any further locations may take 7-10 business days to arrive.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

If you order items from us for delivery outside of Canada, you may be subject to import charges and taxes levied by the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility. Before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to contact your local customs office for additional information.
